Here are some ways that you can participate:
-Register for any 5K, mud run or half/full marathon, cycling or swimming event in your community.
-Work with a local exercise studio to host a fitness event and have your friends and family join you. Donate a percentage of admissions to One Love.
-Be creative – start your own athletic event in your community or neighborhood. Host a 5K with your friends or running club. If there’s an event already happening, add a fundraising component to the mix!
